Different thermal management systems have different component types, different weights, different system costs, and different control methods, which result in different system performances. There are five main categories:

2.Low temperature radiator cooling system

The low-temperature radiator cooling system is a separate system for the battery, consisting of a radiator, a water pump and a heater. This cooling system has the advantages of simple system, low cost, and economic energy saving in low temperature environment. However, this system has the disadvantages of low cooling performance, high water temperature in summer, and application is limited by weather.

Glass fiber reinforced PA (PA+GF): Improves strength, rigidity and heat resistance, suitable for structural parts such as radiator brackets and water pump housings.

Hydrolysis-resistant PA: Improves hydrolysis resistance, suitable for parts that are in long-term contact with water such as pipe joints, seals, and coolant tanks.

Flame retardant PA (PA+FR): Adds flame retardants to meet the flame retardant requirements of electronic and electrical cooling systems, suitable for controller housings, connectors, etc.

Carbon fiber reinforced PA (PA+CF): Ultra-high strength and high rigidity, suitable for lightweight components in high-performance cooling systems.

Wear-resistant PA: Improves wear resistance and self-lubrication, suitable for moving parts such as fan bearings and water pump impellers.
