  • Superior Cooling Performance: Water's high heat capacity and thermal conductivity enable efficient heat transfer, ensuring effective cooling even under high thermal loads.

  • Wide Industrial Applications: This system finds extensive use in various industries, including automotive, electronics, and manufacturing, due to its versatility and reliability.

Disadvantages:

  • Increased Component Count: Compared to direct cooling systems, the direct cooling water cooling system requires additional components, such as pumps, pipelines, and heat exchangers, leading to a more complex system structure.

  • Higher System Complexity: The involvement of more components and the need for precise control increase the overall complexity of the system, potentially impacting maintenance and operational costs.

Glass fiber reinforced PA (PA+GF): Improves strength, rigidity and heat resistance.

Hydrolysis resistant PA: Adds hydrolysis stabilizer to improve hydrolysis resistance.

Flame retardant PA (PA+FR): Used in electronic and electrical cooling systems that require flame retardancy.

Carbon fiber reinforced PA (PA+CF): Further improves strength and rigidity, suitable for high-performance cooling systems.
