ORINKO Polyamide 612 (PA612) This long-chain nylon is synthesized via condensation polymerization of ethylenediamine and dodecanedioic acid. The dodecanedioic acid can be obtained either through chemical synthesis or microbial fermentation. ORINKO manages the entire PA612 production process, from the backward integration of raw material production to the forward integration of resin polymerization and polyamide compounding, all within our own facilities.
Based on its formulation and viscosity, ORINKO Polyamide PA612 can be processed through various methods, including injection molding, tube extrusion, film extrusion, or blow molding. By incorporating additives, fillers, pigments, plasticizers, modifiers, or processing aids, ORINKO can accurately tailor Polyamide to meet specific customer needs and applications.
