ORINKO Polyamide 6I6T

This amorphous nylon resin is distinguished by its exceptional transparency and robust barrier properties against gases, water, solvents, and essential oils. Additionally, it exhibits high-temperature structural characteristics, making it suitable for a broad range of applications.

It is extensively utilized in the packaging industry to enhance barrier properties. Applications include blow-molded containers, injection and blow-molded containers, non-oriented and oriented films, paper coatings, and tubes. Incorporating PA6I/6T into nylon 6 or nylon 66 formulations can significantly improve surface characteristics, minimize shrinkage, and enhance fiber formation.

Application

The extensively applicable modified PA6I6T material finds widespread utilization across diverse industries, notably in automotive and machinery realms, encompassing oil reservoirs, textile machinery components, and more. Its versatility extends to the electronics sector, where it contributes to the production of battery enclosures, instrument guides, and comparable elements. Furthermore, it is ideally suited for crafting toothbrush bristles, monofilament fibers, and cable sheaths. This adaptable material undergoes customization into injection and extrusion grades, ensuring it meets the unique demands of each customer with precision.
