It is prepared by blending degradable resin PBAT with biomass materials, such as fast-growing resource starch and plant fiber powder. Through unique biomass powder treatment technology and reactive blending technology, the compatibility between biomass materials and PBAT is improved, and at the same time, the problem of hydrolysis of degradable resin caused by excessive moisture is solved, thus improving the weatherability, heat sealing strength and other properties of film bag products.
M2000
It is prepared by blending degradable resin PBAT and PLA with biomass materials, such as fast-growing resource starch and plant fiber powder. Through unique biomass powder treatment technology and reactive blending technology, the compatibility between biomass materials, PBAT and PLA is improved, and at the same time, the problem of hydrolysis of degradable resin caused by excessive moisture is solved, so that the weatherability, heat sealing strength and other properties of film bag products are improved, and at the same time, the tensile strength of film is improved, so that the products have good stiffness.
M5000
It is prepared by blending degradable resin PBAT, PLA and inorganic mineral powder (MD). The MD, PBAT and PLA are improved by unique inorganic mineral powder treatment technology and reactive blending technology, and the phase is well combined with the phase. At the same time, the tensile strength and heat sealing performance of the material are improved, so that the product has better stiffness and load-bearing performance.
H8000
It is prepared by blending and modifying degradable resins PLA and PBS. By unique technology and reactive blending extrusion technology, the compatibility between PBS and PLA is improved, and at the same time, the fluidity, temperature resistance and bending modulus of the material are improved, so that the product has good stiffness and temperature resistance, and the heat resistance can reach 85℃.
