ORINKO Polyamide 612 (PA612) is a long-chain nylon produced through the condensation polymerization of ethylenediamine and dodecanedioic acid. It possesses superior mechanical strength and modulus and serves as a high-barrier nylon material.
Depending on the formulation and viscosity, ORINKO Polyamide PA612 can be processed through various methods, including injection molding, tube extrusion, film extrusion, and blow molding. By incorporating additives, fillers, pigments, plasticizers, modifiers, or processing aids, ORINKO can tailor Polyamide PA612 to meet specific customer requirements and applications.
ORINKO Polyamide PA612 resin has a series of excellent properties, such as:
low water absorption
good dimension stability
high toughness, high strength
low molding shrinkage
excellent mouldability
It is primarily utilized as the base material for manufacturing brake hoses, fuel pipes, corrugated pipes, quick connectors, ABS sensor casings in the automotive industry, and flexible air conditioning pipes. Additionally, it is suitable for surface coatings on wire cables, optical fibers, metals, and ropes. It can be processed using injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, or powder coating to meet customer specifications.
