OrinBio Modified Polylactic Acid

Polylactic acid (PLA) is a novel bio-based and renewable biodegradable material, which is made from starch materials proposed by renewable plant resources (such as maize and cassava). Starch raw materials were saccharized to get glucose, and then high purity lactic acid was made by fermentation of glucose and certain strains, and then POLylactic acid with a certain molecular weight was synthesized by chemical synthesis. It has good biodegradability. After use, it can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature under specific conditions, and eventually generate carbon dioxide and water. It does not pollute the environment, which is very beneficial to the protection of the environment and is recognized as environmentally friendly material.

Feature

With   high molecular weight and melt strength, high melting point and   crystallinity, it can be used to produce heat-resistant polylactic acid   extrusion, blister products, or heat-resistant products after proper   modification. With   high molecular weight and melt strength, it can meet the corresponding   process requirements. With   high molecular weight and melt strength, low crystallinity, can be used to   produce low-resistance, high transparency polylactic acid film, blister   products. With   good fluidity, high melting point and crystallinity, it can be used to   produce heat-resistant polylactic acid injection products, or heat-resistant   injection molding and blister products after proper modification. With   good fluidity, moderate melting point and crystallinity, it can be used to   produce heat-resistant polylactic acid injection molding products. With   good fluidity, low melting point and slow crystallinity, it can be used to   produce low-resistance, high transparency polylactic acid injection molding   products. With   high crystallization rate and melt stability, it meets the requirements of   FDM 3D printing molding process, and with appropriate heating process, it can   produce heat-resistant 3D printing products With   appropriate crystallization rate and melt strength, which can meet the   requirements of the molding process as a straw, and can also be blended with   other types of biodegradable plastics to produce modified straws. Amorphous   polylactic acid resin, suitable for 3D printing molding process, with high   bond strength between layers.
