It is extensively utilized in the packaging industry to enhance barrier properties. Applications include blow-molded containers, injection and blow-molded containers, non-oriented and oriented films, paper coatings, and tubes. Incorporating PA6I/6T into nylon 6 or nylon 66 formulations can significantly improve surface characteristics, minimize shrinkage, and enhance fiber formation.
The extensively applicable modified PA6I6T material finds widespread utilization across diverse industries, notably in automotive and machinery realms, encompassing oil reservoirs, textile machinery components, and more.
