Typical Applications of Modified PA612:

1. Enhanced rigidity and strength: Adding glass fiber (GF) or carbon fiber (CF) can significantly improve the rigidity and impact resistance of the material to meet the structural requirements of the drone body.

2. Flame retardant modification: By adding flame retardants, PA612 can meet international fire safety standards (such as UL 94 V-0 grade) and is suitable for industrial or military drones.

3. Wear-resistant modification: By adding PTFE, MoS₂ or other lubricants, the wear resistance and lubricity can be improved, thus extending the life of the UAV moving parts.

4. Antistatic modification: In drones with dense electronic components, antistatic modified PA612 can prevent static electricity accumulation and protect electronic devices.

5. Low temperature resistance modification: Enhances the toughness of the material in low temperature environments, making it suitable for UAVs to operate in extremely cold environments.
