Product Description

ORINKO PPS


PPS plastic (polyphenylene sulfide) is a thermoplastic special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive properties. Its outstanding features are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties.

The fluidity is between ABS and PC, with fast solidification, small shrinkage, and easy decomposition. Higher injection pressure and injection speed are selected. The mold temperature is 100-150 degrees. The taper of the sprue should be large and the runner should be short. The scope of application can be generally used in the manufacture of PPS pipes, PPS sheets and other materials, mostly used in construction and home furnishing.
