The elastic modulus of PPA material is 20% higher than that of nylon 66. Xural has a high modulus of elasticity, high hardness, and long-term resistance to tensile creep. In addition, PPA has better resistance to gasoline, grease and coolant compared to PA, and at the same time, PPA is a high-temperature resistant nylon that can withstand continuous high temperatures of 200°C and maintain good dimensional stability. Chemical resistance is also superior to PA6 and PA66. It is mainly used for automotive headlamp mirrors, bearing housings, pulleys, sensor housings, fuel line components and electrical components.
As a high-performance engineering plastic, PPA (polyphosphoric acid) is widely used in many fields:
Automotive: Used in the manufacture of engine components, sensors, components for fuel systems, etc.
