ORINKO PPS
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) is a high-performance thermoplastic engineering resin known for its excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, high-temperature stability, and electrical insulation capabilities. Its molecular structure, which includes benzene rings and sulfur atoms, provides outstanding thermal stability, allowing it to perform reliably in continuous use at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 240°C. PPS also offers exceptional dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and inherent flame retardancy (self-extinguishing). It is widely used in industries such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, and chemical processing. Common applications include engine components, electrical insulation, pump and valve parts, and corrosion-resistant piping.
