ORINKO Polyamide 612 (PA612) is a long-chain nylon, which is made by condensation polymerization of ethylenediamine and dodecanedioic acid as raw materials. The raw material dodecanedioic acid can be produced through chemical synthesis or microbial fermentation. Compared with PA610, PA612 has lower density, better transparence, lower water absorption, higher dimension stability, better chemicaresistance,and higher impact resistance.
Based on its formulation and viscosity, ORINKO Polyamide PA612 can be processed through various methods, including injection molding, tube extrusion, film extrusion, and blow molding. Utilizing additives, fillers, pigments, plasticizers, modifiers, or processing aids, ORINKO can finely tailor Polyamide to meet specific customer requirements and applications.
