On March 10, Guangdong Factory officially launched the "Lean Logistics Improvement Week". Led by the general manager of the factory, the cross-departmental improvement team carried out in-depth discussions and practices around logistics optimization under the guidance of external lean experts.
At the beginning of the event, all employees received theoretical training on lean logistics, clarified improvement goals, and formulated implementation plans. Subsequently, the team identified 58 improvement opportunities through logistics cost analysis, current process combing, and dynamic line drawing, and proposed corresponding optimization plans.
On March 14, the improvement week report meeting was successfully held, and the team presented the optimization results and future plans. The general manager of the factory highly recognized this event and emphasized the continuous promotion of lean logistics practice.
This improvement week not only deepened theoretical learning, but also achieved remarkable results in practice, laying a solid foundation for improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs, and helping the factory to operate efficiently in the future.
