Biodegradable materials for home compostable films
The home compostable grades are suitable for producing of low gauge films, which will biodegrade in garden compost at low,
variable temperatures. The compostable grades have been certified by the Gmicro Testing. Films made from home compostable grades have outstanding mechanical properties and moisture resistance.

The key feature of the flexible biodegradable materials film grades is the certified compostability. Independent agencies confirm that biodegradable materials passes the strict testing criteria of the standard and are ultimately converted into water, CO2 and biomass in industrial composting facilities, just as organic waste. The main applications are low gauge bags, magazine envelopes,
mulch films and food packaging.

Standard bioplastics are often limited due to their low temperature resistance, so that certain applications cannot be realized.
